摘要
目的探讨心理护理在年长骨髓炎患儿的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的骨髓炎患儿30例作为研究对象。将其随机分成两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予心理护理。比较两组患儿的护理满意度和护理不良事件发生情况。结果观察组满意度(100.0%)高于对照组(73.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未见护理不良事件。结论在骨髓炎患儿的临床护理中加入心理护理,可有效缓解患儿恐惧、焦虑心理,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological care in children with osteomyelitis. Methods 30 cases of children with osteomyelitis were selected and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care. The observation group was given routine nursing and psychological care. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse care were compared between the two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction in observation group was 100,0%, which was significantly higher than that in control group （73.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. No adverse events were observed in both groups. Conclusion Psychological care in children with osteomyelitis, can effectively alleviate children＇s fear and anxiety, improve nursing satisfaction.
