岩溶地区散土-硬岩复杂地层降水井施工技术研究及应用 被引量:6

摘要 为解决岩溶地区散土-硬岩复杂地层降水井施工过程中遇到的岩石强度高、钻进效率低、塌孔、埋钻、漏浆、粉尘污染等问题,采用改进型双动力头多功能钻机,辅以捞渣筒进行降水井施工。采用汽动潜孔锤工艺,解决硬岩地层钻进效率低下的问题;通过设置双动力头方式,进行散土地层的护筒施工,克服塌孔问题;优化锤套结构,增加螺旋形的保径条,改变粉尘上升路径,降低粉尘污染;遇到溶洞、破碎带,利用捞渣筒进行捞渣处理,解决卡钻、埋钻问题。应用测试结果表明,通过采用改进型的双动力头多功能钻机及其相关配套设备进行岩溶地区散土-硬岩复杂地层的降水井施工,提高施工效率,降低粉尘污染,克服卡钻、埋钻难题。 In order to solve the problems such as high rock strength,low drilling efficiency,collapse,burial drilling,slurry leakage and dust pollution in the process of the construction of dewatering well in complex stratum and hard rock of karst area,the improved double power head multi-function rig,supplemented by slag cylinder,is used to construct the dewatering well. The problem of low drilling efficiency in hard rock formation is solved by using steam moving down-hole hammer technology. The construction of the protecting tube for the bulk soil layer is carried out by setting the double power head mode,to overcome the problem of collapse hole. In order to reduce dust pollution,the dust rising path was changed by increasing the gauge bar spiral. Meanwhile,dredging up the dregs using slag dragging cylinder can overcome the problem of stuck or buried drilling when encountering cave crushing zone.Application of the test results show that construction efficiency was improved,dust pollution was reduced and the problem of stuck or buried drilling was solved.
