摘要
利用响应面对双螺杆挤出酶解复合液化玉米淀粉工艺进行优化,对影响工艺的主要因素(耐高温α-淀粉酶添加量、挤出温度、玉米淀粉浓度和螺杆转速)进行研究。结果表明:当耐高温α-淀粉酶添加量42 U/g、挤出温度142℃、玉米淀粉浓度71%、螺杆转速32 Hz时,玉米淀粉液化挤出物DE值为16.76%,可满足淀粉糖化工艺的要求。
The response surface method was used to optimize the liquefaction process of high concentration corn starch twin-screw extruded enzymolysis.The main factors affecting the liquefaction process were as follows:temperature-resistant α-amylase content,extrusion temperature,corn starch concentration and screw speed the study.The results showed that the DE value of corn starch liquefied extrudate was 16.76% when the α-amylase content was 42 U/g,the temperature was 42 ℃,the temperature was 142 ℃,the corn starch concentration was 71% and the screw speed was 32 Hz,which could meet the requirements of starch saccharification process requirements.
