摘要
食品安全溯源是保障我国食品安全的重要方式。本文对比分析了欧盟、美国、日本与我国的食品安全溯源监管体系,提出我国食品安全溯源监管工作的建议。
Food safety traceability is an important means to guarantee food safety. The European Union, the United States, Japan and China＇s regulation systems of food safety traceability are compared in this article, suggestions are given afterwards.
