摘要
建立了HZZD型回转组合多层筛筛体的实体模型,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对筛体进行了模态分析,得到筛体前15阶的固有频率和振型。分析结果表明,筛体的各阶固有频率和工作频率不重合;主要承力部件未产生较大变形,筛体的整体结构刚度满足要求;前5阶模态分析结果显示,吊杆的变形均较小,为整机配备16根吊杆是合理的。
The solid model of HZZD rotary multi-layer sieves was established.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the sieve body,and the natural frequencies and modes of the 15 th order were obtained.The results show that the natural frequency and operating frequency of the sieve are not coincident and the main bearing parts did not produce large deformation,the overall structural stiffness of the sieve body to meet the requirements; the first 5 order modal analysis results show that the deformation of the boom are small,for the machine with 16 boom is reasonable.
