摘要
目的探究强化护理宣教对肾病综合征患儿及其家属疾病认知程度、并发症发生率及饮食规律性的影响。方法选取本院2015年2月至2016年10月收治的80例肾病综合征患儿及120名患儿家属将其分为观察组（强化护理宣教）和对照组（常规护理），各40例患儿、60名家属，比较护理后两组患儿及其家属疾病认知程度、并发症发生率及饮食规律性情况。结果护理后，观察组患儿及其家属疾病认知程度显著高于对照组[（84．24±5．27）比（52．37±7．99）]（P〈0．05）；观察组患儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组（7．5％比27．5％）（P〈0．05）；观察组患儿行为饮食习惯显著优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论强化护理宣教后，患儿及家属疾病认知程度有了显著提高，能充分发挥患儿自觉性和积极性配合临床治疗与护理，降低并发症发生率，规范患儿饮食习惯。
Objective To study the effect of intensive nursing education on cognitive degree, incidence of complications, and dietary regularity in children with nephrotic syndrome and their family members. Methods From Dec. 2015 to Oct. 2016, a total of 80 children with nephrotic syndrome and their family members （120 cases ） in our hospital were taken as the clinical objects and they were divided into a control group （40 children and 60 family members） and an observation group （40 children and 60 family members）. Both groups were given routine nursing; besides, the observation group were given intensive nursing education. The cognitive degree of disease, incidence of complications, and dietary regularity in the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing care, the cognitive degree was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group [ （ 84.24±5.27 ） vs. （ 52.37±7.99 ） ] （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （ 7.5% vs. 27.5%, P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the dietary regularity was obviously better in the observation group than in the control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Intensive nursing education can not only significantly improve the cognitive degree of children and their family members and give full play to the children＇s consciousness and enthusiasm in clinical treatment and nursing care, but also reduce the incidence of complications and regulate children＇s eating habits.
