摘要
目的探讨基于思维导图模式的康复护理联合心理干预对肾病综合征患者情绪状态、治疗依从性的影响。方法选取本院2021年4月—2023年4月收治的84例肾病综合征患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于思维导图模式的康复护理联合心理干预,为期6个月。对比两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和慢性病韧性量表(CICRS)评分、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、治疗依从性、并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,CICRS、ESCA评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从率95.24%高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.76%,对照组为16.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于思维导图模式的康复护理联合心理干预应用于肾病综合征患者中,能显著改善患者的情绪状态和治疗依从性,提升自我护理能力。
Objective To explore the impact of rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention based on mind mapping mode on the emotional state and treatment compliance of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 84 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention based on mind mapping mode for a period of 6 months.Compare Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Chronic Illness Resilience Scale(CICRS)and Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA),treatment compliance,and incidence of complications of two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the CICRS and ESCA scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 76.19%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,while the control group was 16.67%,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention based on mind mapping mode in patients with nephrotic syndrome can significantly improve their emotional state and treatment compliance,enhance their self-care ability.
