摘要
针对复杂结构焊缝的结构参数多变性导致的相控阵超声检测中缺陷识别、定位和定量困难的问题,提出了基于有限差分法的相控阵超声检测数值模拟缺陷辅助评定手段.以复杂结构焊缝中Y型焊缝为例,建立与之相应的相控阵超声检测有限差分仿真模型.同时设计制作含有人工缺陷的Y型模拟试块,对其进行相控阵超声检测并记录缺陷信息.利用仿真模型计算某坡口未熔合相控阵超声检测时瞬态传播声场和缺陷回波扇形扫描图像,通过与实验得到的缺陷回波图像比较,说明仿真技术不但可以提供缺陷类型及深度位置,并且可以提供缺陷的高度和取向信息.
A numerical model of phased array ultrasonic testing for weld joints of complex structures is proposed based on finite difference method to solve problems of defect identification arisen by variability of structural parameters. The Y-type welding is chosen as an example and the corresponding numerical model is established. The mock-up blocks with artificial defects are also made and scanned with records. The snapshot of the acoustic wave and the defect echo of certain groove incomplete fusion is calculated and displayed as color images in comparison of the experiment data. The results indicate that such simulation technique can not only provide the information of defects' type and depth, but also the information of defects' height and orientation.
