摘要
对世界承压设备焊接接头无损检测具有重要影响的一些典型北美规范标准,如ASME(美机械工程师学会)、API(美石油学会)和AWS(美焊接学会)等,均已认可了相控阵超声检测的应用。ASTM(美材料试验学会)还有单独的完整的相控阵系统特性校验和检测方法标准。本文即概述有关法规标准要求,以为国内相控阵现场操作和标准、工艺制定提供有用借鉴。
The application of ultrasonic phased arrays has been accepted by some typical North American codes and standards such as ASME, API and AWS, which having important influence on inspection of welded joints for pressure vessels all around world. And, ASTM still has two separate and complete standards for inspecting welds and evaluating performance characteristics of phased array systems. This paper outlines the related requirements in the above codes and standards, so as to provide some useful reference for field operation and drawing up the standards and specifications of phased arrays in our country
