摘要
诊所法律教育移入我国后已在各大高校法学专业的实践教学中广泛应用。医事法学作为一个新兴的交叉学科,其特色和实践性更强。文章探讨了在医事法学专业中移植诊所法律教育的必要性和可行性,并结合本土化构建过程中可能面临的问题与障碍,提出了相应的解决途径。
The clinical legal education has widely applied in the practice teaching of the major of law in many colleges and universities after it was moved in China. As a new interdisciplinary, the medical law has more characteristics and practice. The necessity and feasibility of the transplantation of the clinical legal education to the major of medical law was discussed in this paper, as well as the possible problems and obstacles faced with the localization construction process, and the corresponding solu- tion was put forward.
