摘要
在一个组织中,人们的行为不仅被实体契约所约束,也受心理契约的影响。在社区教育中,居民参与也受到居民与社区教育部门间的心理契约的影响。以此出发,居民的特征、居民与社区教育部门的关系、社区教育中居民参与的行为逻辑应该得到一定重视。以此观之,我国社区教育中居民参与体现的一些特征,如居民群体的复杂性、居民与社区教育部门的不平衡关系、"行政推动"的居民参与逻辑等是阻碍居民与社区教育部门达成、维持、深化心理契约从而促进社区教育中居民参与的主要因素。为了进一步推进社区教育中居民参与,应该激发居民的参与动机、协调居民与社区教育部门的利益关系、实行"政府引导下的居民参与"的社区教育中居民参与模式。
In an organization,people not only do bind themselves to material contracts,but also are influenced by psychological contracts.In community education,residents＇participation is affected by the psychological contract between them and the community education departments.Grounded on that,residents characteristics,the relationship between residents and community education department,and the behavior logic of resident participation in community education are supposed to be gotten more attention.Based on those ideas,psychological contracts between residents and community education department in China are negatively affected by the complexity of residents,the unbalanced relationship between residents and community education department and the logic of administration driving.In order to improve resident participation in community education,it is supposed to inspire resident participation,harmonize the interest conflicts between residents and community government,and adopt the way of resident participation guided by the government in community education in China.
