摘要
目的观察丹参多酚酸盐对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的影响。方法将86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,每组43例,对照组给予抗凝、溶栓等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐,共治疗2周。比较治疗前后两组患者NIHSS评分、血液流变学指标及血清MCP-1、IGF-1水平的变化。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分、血液流变学指标、血清MCP-1水平均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清IGF-1水平升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),且两组上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐能促进急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复,改善血液流变学及血清M CP-1、IGF-1水平,对脑缺血性损害具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of salvianolate on hemortheology and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and insulin-like growth factor-1( IGF-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group( n =43) received conventional treatment with anticoagulant drugs and thrombolytic drugs; patients in treatment group( n =43) were given salvianolate injection additionally for 2 weeks. The changes in NIHSS socre,hemorheological parameters and serum MCP-1 and IGF-1 levels in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the NIHSS score,hemorheological parameters and the levels of serum MCP-1 in both groups were decreased( P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05),while the levels of serum IGF-1 in both groups were increased( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05),there being significant differences between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Salvianolate improves the recovery of neurologic function,hemorheology and serum MCP-1 and IGF-1 levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction and has protective effect on cerebral ischemia injury.
