摘要
目的探讨全麻苏醒期保温护理对患者麻醉以及应激状况的影响。方法选取本院接受手术治疗的患者90例,采用随机数表法将所有的入选患者分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组给予患者苏醒期保温护理干预,对照组给予患者常规护理干预,观察2组患者护理后手术及麻醉相关情况变化,同时比较2组患者护理后意识评分、血氧饱和度评分变化以及护理后患者的应激反应变化,比较2组患者护理后不良反应发生率。结果 2组患者的手术时间、麻醉时间以及自主呼吸时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的拔管时间、睁眼时间以及麻醉苏醒观察时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者的意识以及血氧饱和度都有所升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者的NE、AD以及CRP应激水平表达都有所降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后出现低体温、寒战发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予全麻患者麻醉苏醒期保温护理干预,能够有效的改善患者的苏醒质量,减少并发症的发生,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of heat preservation nursing on anesthesia and stress during anesthesia recovery period. Methods A total of 90 patients underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 45 pa- tients per group. The observation group was given heat preservation nursing intervention during recov- ery period, and the control group was given routine nursing intervention, related changes of surgery and anesthesia after nursing were observed, consciousness score, score changes of oxygen saturation, patient’s stress response changes and incidence of adverse reaction of two groups were compared after nursing. Results The operation time, duration of anesthesia and spontaneous breathing time of two groups had no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; The observation group had lower extubation time, eye opening time and anesthesia recovery time than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; After nursing, consciousness and oxygen saturation of two groups were increased, and the observation group was higher than the in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; After nursing, the expression level of NE, AD and CRP were reduced, and the observation group was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; In- cidence rates of low temperature and chills in observation group after nursing were significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The nursing care for patients with general anesthesia during the recovery period of anesthesia can effectively improve the recovery quality of pa- tients and reduce the incidence of complications.
