Research progress on post-operative nursing of patients with aortic valve stenosis treated by transcatheter aortic valve implantation

摘要 主动脉瓣狭窄是一种进行性加重的心脏瓣膜疾病。流行病学调查显示，75岁至85岁，重度主动脉瓣狭窄的发病率由2％增加到6％。主要的治疗方法为外科主动脉瓣置换和对部分高龄患者采用经皮主动脉瓣扩张术。然而，高龄患者往往合并其他疾病，外科手术的风险极高；经皮主动脉瓣扩张术尽管创伤小，但只能短时间缓解患者的症状。
