摘要
采用多种柱色谱方法分离纯化大叶紫珠Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl地上部位60%乙醇提取物,从中分离得到10个单体化合物。依据其波谱数据和理化性质,分别鉴定为?-细辛醚(1)、?-细辛脑(2)、?-细辛醚(3)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(4)、细辛醛(5)、(-)-乔松素(6)、5-羟基-3,7,4'-三甲氧基黄酮(7)、5-羟基-3,6,7,4'-四甲氧基黄酮(8)、(-)-球松素(9)和5-羟基-3,7,3',4'-四甲氧基黄酮(10)。化合物1~3为多羟基取代挥发油,4、5为苯甲酸(醛),6~10为黄酮类成分。其中,化合物1~7为首次从紫珠属植物中分离得到,化合物8~10为首次从大叶紫珠中分离得到。
Ten compounds were separated and purified by chromatography methods from the 60 % ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl. Their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data as β-asarone (1), γ-asaron (2), α-asarone (3), 4-methoxybenzoic acid (4), asaronaldehyde (5), (-)-pinocembrin (6), 5-hydroxy-3,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone (7), 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,4',-tetramethoxy- flavone (8), (-)-pinostrobin (9) and 5-hydroxy-3,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone (10), respectively. Compounds 1-7 were isolated from the Callicarpa genus for the first time; compound 8-10 were reported firstly from this plant. Our work enriched the compound library of the Callicarpa genus and titled plant.
