摘要
采用N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)和二乙醇胺(DEA)混合溶液脱除合成气中的H_2S、CO_2和COS达到净化效果。以实际运行的醇胺脱硫脱碳工况与AMSIM软件计算结果进行对比,结果表明,AMSIM软件计算结果与实际工况十分吻合。对新工况进行了模拟计算,分析了塔板数、吸收液量、醇胺溶液质量分数对CO_2吸收效率的影响。根据模拟结果综合考虑,将醇胺溶液质量分数提高至30%时达到净化要求,且较为经济,为装置的运行和改造提供了新的操作参数及设备参数。
The mixed solution of N-methyl diethanolamine( MDEA) and diethanolamine( DEA) is used to remove H2S,CO2 and COS in synthesis gas in order to achieve purification. An appropriate model is established by AMSIM to simulate the absorption of H2S and CO2 by mixed solution of MDEA and DEA.The simulation results are contrasted with the practically operated desulfurization and decarburization conditions.The contrasting result show that the simulation by AMSIM tallies well with the practical operation.The influences of tower plate number,solution flow rate,weight fraction of ethanolamines in solution on the absorption rate of CO2 are researched.In a sum,when weight fraction of ethanolamines in solution reaches 30%,the purification requirement can be achieved and the economics is good. This paper supplies new operation parameters and equipment parameters for operation and innovation.
