摘要
在节能环保的大环境下,贫胺液硫化氢指标日渐严格,随着炼油厂胺液再生装置建设规模的日趋扩大,再生能耗急速攀升。以某炼油厂120 t/h的胺液再生装置为基础,利用ProⅡ流程模拟软件进行模拟,提出了一种特别适用于主体装置有不同胺液质量需求的胺液再生工艺。通过模拟最佳抽出位置设计了侧线抽胺的工艺,优化调整换热流程,与原工艺经济分析结果对比表明:可降低29%的蒸汽消耗,节省年操作费用约505.6万元,节约投资约70万元,经济效益十分显著。
The specification of hydrogen sulfide in lean amine solution is becoming increasingly stricter for energy saving and environmental protection. With the expansion of capacities of amine regeneration units in refineries, the energy consumption of amine regeneration is becoming increasingly higher. Based upon the sim- ulation of a 120 t/h amine regeneration unit with Pro Ⅱ simulation software, an amine regeneration process which can meet the different requirements on amine solution quality is proposed. The amine sidedraw process is designed by simulation of optimum draw-out location, and heat exchange process is optimized. As compared with the original economic analysis, the steam consumption is reduced by 29% , the annual saving is about 5. 056 million Yuan (RMB) , about 700 000 Yuan (RMB) is reduced in investment, and economic benefit is significant.
