摘要
目的探讨循证护理在多发性骨髓瘤化疗期间的护理效果。方法选取本院行化疗的多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料,随机将患者分为观察组(循证护理)及对照组(常规护理)。观察组42例,对照组45例。评估2组化疗期间睡眠、疼痛、不良反应及生活质量等指标。结果观察组患者平均入睡时间短于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者化疗期间疼痛等级为轻度的比例高于对照组(P<0.05),且毒副反应为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理期间躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能及总体健康共5项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可显著提高多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗期间护理质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate effect of evidence-based nursing intervening in prevention of toxic and adverse effects in multiple myeloma patients with chemotherapy. Methods The pa- tients with multiple myeloma received chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into observation group （ n = 42 ） with evidence-based nursing and control group （ n = 45 ） with conventional nursing. The sleep quality, pain degree, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups during chemotherapy. Results Patients in the observation group had shorter fall-sleep time but longer sleeping hours than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Observation group had higher proportion of mildly pain patients, and higher proportion patients with I - lI grade of pain than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life scores in the somatic function, social function, cogni- tive function and the overall health of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can significantly improve the nurs- ing quality for multiple myeloma patients during chemotherapy, so it deserves clinical application.
