摘要
基于重庆市1998—2015年的时间序列数据,选取C-D函数构建经济增长模型,运用协整检验、格兰杰因果检验以及贡献率分析法等,实证研究重庆房地产投资与经济增长之间的关系。结果表明:重庆市房地产投资与经济增长之间存在长期协整关系;重庆市房地产投资与经济增长具有单向因果联系;基于研究结论提出了重庆市房地产业发展建议。
Based on the time series from 1998 to 2015,the C-D function was used to construct the economic growth model,and the relationship between real estate investment and economic growth was studied by using co-integration test,Granger causality test and contribution rate analysis method. The results show that there is a long-term co-integration relationship between real estate investment and economic growth in Chongqing. The real estate investment and economic growth in Chongqing are oneway causal link. Based on the conclusion,the real estate development in Chongqing is put forward.
