摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗颞颌关节炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2013年1月至2015年5月在宜宾市三医院治疗的颞颌关节炎患者120例的临床资料。其中,60例患者给予常规治疗设为A组,60例患者在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖片设为B组。比较两组患者的最大张口度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及张口偏斜程度。结果两组患者治疗第2周,最大张口度均升高,高于治疗前(P<0.01);在治疗第3、4周,B组的最大张口度显著升高,高于A组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在治疗第2、3、4周,B组的张口疼痛VAS评分、张口偏斜程度均显著低于A组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗颞颌关节炎,能够提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical performance of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of temporomandibular joint arthritis. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 120 cases of patients with temporomandibular joint arthritis and were admitted from January 2013 to May 2015. Among the patients,60 cases who were given conventional treatment were in Group A, the other 60 cases who were given glucosamine hydrochloride tablets on the base of conventional treatment were in Group B. The maximum joint opening degree, VAS score and joint opening inclination were compared between the both groups. Results In the second week of treatment, the maximal opening degree of the patients in both groups increased, which was higher than before the treatment （P 〈0. 01 ）;in the third and fourth week of treatment,the maximum opening degree of Group B significantly increased, even higher than Group A, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. In the treatment of second, third and fourth week, the VAS score and joint opening inclination in Group B was significantly lower than that in Group A, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion On the base of conventional treatment, application of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets can improve the clinical effect and is worth of clinical promotion.
