介绍了诱变育种的原理、优点、诱变剂及其技术,综述了甜叶菊物理诱变育种(γ照射、重辐射、离子束、紫外线)研究的发展。为快速培养高品质甜叶菊新种质提供参考。
The principle, advantages, mutagen and mutagenesis technology were introduced. The development of physical mutagen (gamma research in Stevia was irradiation, physical mutagenesis of heavy ion beam radiation, ultraviolet) breeding summarized to provide references for the rapid creation of high quality Stevia germplasms.
