摘要
城市轨道交通工程不但投资大、建设周期长,而且投资管理复杂,如何有效地控制工程造价已成为业界关注的焦点。在结合工程实践经验的基础上,分别从决策、设计、招投标、施工及竣工结算五个阶段细述了工程造价控制的几个要点,最后阐述了跟踪审计在控制工程造价方面的作用,以期日后能为城市轨道交通项目在全过程造价控制中提供些好的方法。
Urban rail transit project has large investment,long construction period and complex investment management,how to effectively control the project cost has become the focus of the industry. On the basis of combining with practice experience in engineering,this article elaborates on several points of the project cost control respectively from the five stages of decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion of settlement,and finally expounds the role of the tracking audit in project cost control,hoping to provide some good methods in the whole process of project cost control in the future.
