摘要
某铜硫尾矿中含钨,经分析检测WO_3品位为0.15%。通过物相分析,原矿中黑钨矿中钨金属占有率80.92%,白钨矿中钨金属占有率18.36%,钨华中钨金属占有率0.72%。为了能够有效回收该铜硫尾矿中的钨资源、提高资源利用率、增加经济效益,根据该铜硫尾矿矿石性质特点,通过探索试验研究,最终选择采用离心机—摇床—浮选选矿工艺流程。试验最终获得钨精矿产率0.126%,WO_3品位46.24%,回收率42.12%。通过试验该铜硫尾矿获得了较好的回收效果,可以从尾矿中有效回收钨资源,对尾矿中钨资源的二次综合回收利用具有重要意义。
The WO3 grade of a copper sulfur tailing is 0.15 %. The physical analysis shows the content of tungsten metal in the tungstenite is 80.92 %, the share of tungsten metal in the scheelite is 18.36 %. To effectively recover the tungsten resources in the copper tailings, improve the utilization rate of resources and increase the economic efficiency. According to the characteristics of the copper tailings ore, through the exploration of the experimental study, the final selection of centrifugal - shaker - flotation beneficiation Process flow.
