摘要
为了研究群体饲养及单笼饲养对于比格犬血液学和血清生化指标的影响,并提供GLP条件下新药临床前安全性评价中动物饲养方式的科学性依据,采用20只比格犬,分为2组,交叉进行为期2周的群体饲养和单笼饲养,每周采集血液进行血液学和血清生化指标的检测。结果显示,群养与单笼饲养相比,对比格犬的血液学及血清生化指标无不良影响。在新药临床前安全性评价中可以针对动物的不同毒性反应的程度,遵照兽医的意见采用不同的饲养方式,以最大程度保证动物福利。
The objectives of this experiment was to assess the possible effect of social housing and/or single housing on hematology and serum chemistry in Beagle dogs, and to provide data for animal housing methods in new drug preclinical research.Twenty Beagle dogs were divided into two groups, and single housed and/or social housed for two weeks.Blood was collected once per week for hematology and serum chemistry tests.The result showed that social housing did not have adverse effect on hematology and serum chemistry parameters.This result indicated that animals in GLP studies can be social housed.Beagle dogs only can be changed to single housing under the suggestion of veterinarians when abnormal clinical signs were observed.This is the best way to improve animal welfare.
