摘要
由于国内社区居家护理起步较晚,仅能为患者提供基础疾病护理服务,未能真正展开居家康复护理,造成脑卒中患者出院后得不到正规的训练,加重患者偏瘫肢体功能损害,增加再次卒中风险性,影响整体功能康复。而国外居家康复护理系统相对完善,可建立康复护士、心理治疗师、营养师等跨学科多专业的居家康复合作团队完成护理服务,康复护理水平提高。因此,本文从脑卒中居家康复护理的现状、脑卒中居家康复护理方式及护理效果评价等方面进行阐述,为制定符合国情的脑卒中居家康复护理提供依据。
The community-based and home-based nursing system still in the primary stage of development. It can only provide basic nursing service,which may cause insufficient training in stroke patient after discharge and leading to the further damage of hemiplegic limbs and recurrent stroke. The set and operation of community-based and home-based nursing system in abroad is comparatively perfect. The whole rehabilitation team consists of rehabilitation nursing specialist,psychological therapist,dietician and other staffs from different medical areas. This paper is aim to review the current status of home-based rehabilitation nursing in stroke patient,and to summarize the nursing measures and related assessment tools,in order to provided suitable evidence for home-based rehabilitation nursing in stroke patient.
