摘要
目的探讨系统化护理改善老年脑卒中抑郁患者生活质量的效果。方法将中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八四医院在2019年10月—2020年10月期间诊治的老年脑卒中抑郁患者97例随机分成两组,即对照组(48例,采用常规护理)和观察组(49例,采用系统化护理干预),比较两组患者护理前后抑郁评分变化情况以及生活质量改善情况。结果护理前,两组HAMD评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组改善更加明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的后NFDS、PRPS评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组改善更加明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑卒中抑郁患者开展系统化护理干预,效果确切,可以有效改善患者的抑郁症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得推荐患者选用。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with stroke depression.Methods 97 elderly patients with stroke depression who were diagnosed and treated in the 984 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group(48 cases,using routine nursing)and the observation group(49 cases,using systematic nursing intervention).The changes of depression scores and the improvement of quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement of the observation group was more obvious,compared with the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05;Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of NFDS and PRPs between the two groups,P>0.05.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing intervention on elderly patients with stroke depression is exact,which can effectively improve the depression symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
