摘要
目的:探讨针刺回阳九针穴联合加味补中益气汤治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年6月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者64例,随机分为对照组和研究组各32例。对照组给予脱水降压、抗血小板凝聚、脑细胞保护剂及对症支持等常规治疗,而研究组则在对照组的基础上给予针刺回阳九针穴联合补中益气汤治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(Neurological Function Deficits Scale,NFDS)和日常生活活动能力评分(Activities of Daily Living,ADL),检测2组患者治疗前后血浆ET和NO的水平。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率为90.63%,显著高于对照组的68.75%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的NFDS评分为(13.31±6.58)分,显著低于对照组的(18.96±5.43)分,2组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的ADL评分(54.39±8.67)分,显著高于对照组的(45.78±9.58)分,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的血浆ET为(72.19±10.37)pg/m L,显著低于对照组的(83.26±11.58)pg/m L,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的血浆NO为(78.52±14.25)pg/m L,显著高于对照组的(70.73±10.64)pg/m L,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺回阳九针穴联合加味补中益气汤治疗急性脑梗死,可有效调节患者血浆ET和NO的水平,改善血管内皮细胞的功能,促进神经缺损功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量,疗效确切,值得应用于临床。
Objective：To discuss the curative effect of acupuncture Huiyang Jiuzhen-acupoints and Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods：Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction enrolled from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 32 patients in each.The control group was treated with ozagrel sodium on the basic of depressurizing by dehydration, preventing platelet aggregation, maintaining brain with protectant, and treating symptomatically.The observation group was treated with acupuncture Huiyang Jiuzhen-acupoints and Jiawei Buzhong Yiqidecoction on the basic of the control group.Compared the clinical effects, neurological function deficits scale （NDFS） and activities of daily living （ADL） with two group and detected the levels of ET and NO in blood plasma before and after treatments.Results：The clinical efficacy rate was 90.63% in the observation group, which was higher than that of the control group, and differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The score of NFDS was （13.31＆#177;6.58） in observation group after treatments which was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significance （P〈0.05）.The score of ADL was （54.39＆#177;8.67） in observation group after treatments which was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The levels of ET in blood plasma in observation group was （72.19＆#177;10.37）pg/mL while that of the control group was （83.26＆#177;11.58）pg/mL, and differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The levels of NO in blood plasma in research group was （78.52＆#177;14.25） pg/mL, compared to （70.73＆#177;10.64） pg/mL of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acute cerebral infarction in treatment of acupuncture Huiyang Jiuzhen-acupoints and Jiawei Buzhong Yiqidecoction can adjust the levels of ET and NO, improve the function of vascular endothelial cell, promote the recovery of eurological impairment and enhance the patients′ quality of life with exact effects, which is worthy of clinical use.
