冰雪运动全面进入吉林省高校公共体育课具有重要的教育价值、社会价值和普及推广价值。从促进吉林省高校冬季体育教学改革,促进大学生健康成长和提高大学生整体素质,促进冰雪运动项目发展和场馆建设等方面,全面论述了冰雪运动在吉林省高校校园普及对转变高校体育教育理念,丰富高校公共体育课程内容和校园冰雪文化,促进大学生身体、心理、精神品质和社会适应能力全面发展,促进冰雪运动项目后备人才培养和全民冰雪健身所具有的价值,对实现"三亿人参与冰雪运动"伟大目标具有积极意义。
Overall introducing the winter sports into the public physical education in Jilin province hasimportant educational value,social value and popularization value.Starting from the aspects of promoting the reform of college winter sports teaching in Jilin province,promoting the undergraduates＇ healthygrowth and improving their overall quality,promoting the development of winter sports events and theconstruction of stadiums and gymnasiums,the paper discusses in detail the value of popularizing thewinter sports in college campus as follows：changing the concept of physical education,enriching thecontent of public sports curriculum and campus ice-snow culture,promoting the overall development ofundergraduates＇ physical fitness,mental healthy,spiritual qaulity and social adaptability,promoting thedevelopment of reserve talents for winter sports and the national ice-snow fitness. It will be of positivesignificance to realize the great goal of ＂300 million people participate in winter sports＂.
