摘要
体育师资队伍建设不仅涉及某一个学校、某一个地区的体育工作的开展情况,也是高等院校不可或缺的组成部分,是高等教育事业振兴与发展的重要课题。探讨北方院校开展冰雪运动体育师资队伍存在体育教师冰雪专项薄弱、体育教师在新形势下获取理论知识途径单一、师风师德的缺失等问题,并提出重视冰雪课程建设,加强安全意识,强化师资队伍冰雪专项,增加体育教师获取理论知识的途径,规范师风师德等解决办法和改善途径。旨在建设素质优良、专业过硬的师资队伍,充分发挥师资队伍的性能,增强富有北方特色的体育教学体系。
The construction of physical teaching staff not only relates to developing situation of physical work in a school and an area, it is also an indispensable part of higher education, It is an important issue of the promotion and development of higher education career. Discuss that ice and snow special weakness of physical education teachers, the ways of getting knowledge in new situation are too simple, lack of virtue are existing in ice and snow physical teaching staff, and put forward to pay more attention to the construction of ice and snow courses, strengthen the safety consciousness, improve ice and snow special ability of teaching staff, increase the ways of getting knowledge for physical teachers, regulate the virtue and other solutions and methods. In order to construct good quality and special teaching staff, fully take advantage of teaching staff, strengthen physical teaching system of northern characteristics.
