摘要
基于生态学的理论思想提出创新资金生态化运营的理念,通过生态特征及资金流动分析,构建创新资金生态化运营水平测度指标并依据指标性质设计测度模型。研究表明,创新资金生态化运营的理念有利于支撑高新技术企业持续自主创新,创新资金运营具有进化性、生长性、循环性、共生性和平衡性的生态特征,65家生物制药企业生态水平测度以及生态特征的可视化,反映了生态化的状态,可为资金运营提供决策依据。
Based on the ecological theory, this research puts forward the concept of innovation fund ecological operation. Besides, measurement indexes of innovation funds ecology operation level are constructed through ecological characteristics analysis and capital flows, combining the measurement model＇ s design according to the indexes. Research shows that innovation funds ecological operation concept can support sustained independent innovation of high-tech enterprises. Moreover, innovative capital operation has the ecological characteristics of evolutionary, growth, cycling, symbiosis and balance. By involving 65 biopharmaceutical enterprises, it conveys that the state of ecological can provide the decision- making basis for fund operation according to relative ecological level measurement and ecological characteristics visualization.
