中国东北老工业基地旅游业协同发展战略研究被引量：2

Study on the Coordinated Development Strategy of Tourism Industry in the Old Industrial Base of Northeast China

摘要从自然环境、交通网络、旅游发展等方面对东北老工业基地旅游协同发展的条件与基础进行深入、系统分析。在此基础上,以实现东北老工业基地旅游协同发展为目标,本文提出分步分阶段的东北老工业基地旅游发展空间战略演化体系:(1)极——主轴;(2)星——次轴;(3)点——网络;(4)围——外连轴。为了突破行政限制,整合资源、打造区域精品,提高东北老工业基地整体旅游竞争力,形成具有国际影响力的东北老工业基地旅游协同体系,未来需要打造5个旅游发展地带和3个旅游发展组团。东北老工业基地旅游业在未来发展中要顺应潮流、转变思想、深化体制机制改革、加强旅游协同发展、实现区域旅游业大力发展,促进东北老工业基地社会经济全面振兴。 The northeast is a famous old industrial base in China. There are Liaoning province, Jilin province, Hei- longjiang province and eastern of The Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The tourist resources are colorful and distinc- tive in northeast China. in order to realize the coordinated development of the tourism of the old industrial base in north- east China, this paper puts forward the evolution system of spatial pattern in stages and stages ：（ 1 ） The growth pole - main axis ; （ 2 ） star - axis ; （ 3 ） point - network ; （ 4 ） surround - the outer axis. In order to break through the administra- tive restrictions, integrate resources, create regional high - quality goods, improve the tourism competitiveness of northeast old industrial base as a whole, and to develop a regional tourism cooperation system with international influence, northeast old industrial base should build an collaborative development system that is made up of five tourism development zones and 3 tourism development plots. The northeast old industrial base of tourism development in the future should comply with the trend, change ideas, deepen the reform of the systems and mechanisms, strengthen the coordinated development of tourism and regional tourism industry vigorously development. Finally, coordinated development of tourism promote social and economic comprehensive revitalization of northeast old industrial base.
