摘要
"工匠精神"既是我国古代匠人的一种历史传统,也是当下工程师应具备的精神素养。当前我国工科大学生教育需要工匠精神的指引,工匠精神需要在新一代工科生中得以实质性回归。在国家研究制定世界一流大学和一流学科建设实施办法和配套政策的背景下,与学科建设相配套的"工匠精神"教育亟待加强。这需要从意识形态、实践行为及管理等层面深刻领悟工科生"工匠精神"培育的价值要求,并通过科学、合理的培育路径,让工匠精神在当代工科类大学生中内化于心、外化于行。
＂Artisan spirit＂ is not only a history tradition among craftsmen in ancient China, but also a spirit quality that current engineers should possess. At present, educating university students from engineering majors in China needs the guidance of ＂artisan spirit＂ which needs to be substantially returned in the new generation of engineering students. In the context of formulating nationwide implementation measures and supporting policies to search for world--class universities and first--class disciplines, the ＂artisan spirit＂ education, which is related to subject con- struction, needs to be strengthened. This requires profound understanding, from ideology, practice and management level, on ＂artisan spirit＂ cultivation value, and through scientific and reasonable cultivation ways, ＂artisan spirit＂ is supposed to internalize into the students＂ heart, and externalize into the students deeds.
