半固态6061合金热轧板的显微组织与力学性能 被引量:1

Microstructure and mechanical properties of semi-solid 6061 aluminum alloy plate prepared by hot rolling

摘要 采用冷轧+半固态热处理+热轧的工艺制备出半固态6061合金板,并对该板材进行显微组织观察与力学性能测试,研究了显微组织与力学性能之间的相互关系。结果表明:6061合金半固态坯料热轧后,半固态显微组织的α-Al固相颗粒沿RD与TD方向拉长,沿RD方向拉长幅度较大,具有较好的塑性变形能力,而"液相"则变化不明显,塑性变形能力较差。6061合金半固态坯料热轧薄板沿RD方向的抗拉强度为125.38 MPa,伸长率为6.43%;相比6061合金铸态坯料热轧薄板,抗拉强度提高了14.64%,伸长率却降低了72.57%。 Semi-solid rolled 6061 alloy plates were prepared by the process of cold rolling,semi-solid heat treatment and hot rolling.Microstructure of the plates was observed,and their mechanical properties were tested. The relationships between microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that,during hot rolling of the semi-solid billet of the 6061 aluminum alloy,α-Al solid particles have better plastic deformation ability because the particles can be elongated along the directions of RD and TD. However,the"liquid"areas have lower plastic deformation ability due to a little deformation. The tensile strength and elongation of the hot rolling plate of the 6061 semi-solid billet are 125. 38 MPa,6. 43%,respectively. Compared to the hot rolled plate of the 6061 as-cast billet,the tensile strength increases by 14. 64% and the elongation decreases by 72. 57%.
