摘要
                
                    7028铝合金具有良好的力学性能,本文研究了稀土元素Sc对7028铝合金铸态组织和性能的影响。结果表明:与不加Sc的7028合金铸锭相比,添加0.05%~0.08%稀土Sc铸锭中的夹杂得到了改善,铸锭的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后延伸率、冲击韧性等力学性能得到了提高,铸态组织的晶粒度从3级提升至4级。Sc元素主要起到净化熔体和细化晶粒的作用。
                
                7028 aluminium alloy has good comprehensive properties.The effect of rare earth element Sc addition on as-cast microstructure and properties of 7028 aluminium alloy was studied in this paper.The results showed that the impurities in the ingot with 0.05%~0.08%Sc were improved more than 7028 aluminium alloy ingot without Sc,and the tensile strength,yield strength,post-fracture elongation and impact toughness of the ingot were improved,the grain size of as-cast microstructure increased from 3 level to 4 level.So the addition of Sc element can purify the melt and refine the grain size of the structure,thus improving the strength,plasticity and toughness of the material as a whole.
