摘要
以伦敦的詹姆士·维格全科诊所(James Wigg Practice)为英国模式的例子、以闵行区江川、华漕街道,黄浦区打浦桥街道社区卫生服务中心为上海实践的例子,介绍医生助理在家庭医生团队中的服务模式。结合新一轮上海市社区卫生服务综合改革要求,提出相关公共卫生政策建议。
This study took James Wigg Practice as an example and introduced the overall status of British general practitioner＇s assistant service mode. It also took Jiangchuan, Huacao, and Dapuqiao community health service centers as examples of the practice of general practitioner＇s assistant services in Shanghai. Furthermore, the article put forward policy suggestions for public health based on the demands of the new round of comprehensive reform of Shanghai community health services.
