摘要
通过介绍家庭医生制度的主要内容,阐明家庭医生制度作为"守门人"在初级医疗卫生保健中发挥的重要作用,不仅帮助提高人群健康水平,还可以优化卫生资源分配,抑制医疗费用过快增长。由此提出几点建议,以求对我国发展社区卫生服务、加强基层医疗卫生服务建设有所助益。
The main contests of the family physician system was described, and the important role family physi- cian system played as a ＂gatekeeper＂ in the primary health care was clarified, such as improving health, optimizing the allocation of health resources and inhibiting the excessive growth of medical costs. Based on those we brought forward a few suggestions that help to explore an effective way in developing community health services and strengthening the primary health services in China.
