稀土微肥对酸雨胁迫下水稻发育期Ⅰ的影响 被引量:4

The Effects of Rare Earth Micro-Fertilizer on the Development PhaseⅠof Rice under Acid Rain Stress

摘要 为了明确稀土微肥对酸雨胁迫下水稻发育期Ⅰ(拔节孕穗期)的影响,本研究采用叶面喷施法研究了稀土微肥对酸雨胁迫下水稻的七项生理指标的影响。结果显示,与对照相比,模拟酸雨(pH 3.5)胁迫下,水稻幼苗的叶绿素含量降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量、氧自由基产生速率、脯氨酸含量、质膜透性有所升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势;0.1%稀土微肥处理后,与酸雨组相比,叶绿素含量有所升高,SOD、POD活性、MDA含量、氧自由基产生速率、脯氨酸含量、质膜透性均有所降低。这表明适当浓度的稀土微肥可减轻酸雨对拔节孕穗期水稻的伤害,但不同指标的防护与修复作用不同。 To clearly understand the effects of rare earth micro-fertilizer on the development phaseⅠ(Jointingbooting stage) of rice under acid rain stress, we studied the effects of rare earth micro-fertilizer on the seven physiological indicators of rice under acid rain stress by foliage spraying method. The results showed that by the treatment of simulated acid rain(pH 3.5), compared with the control group, the chlorophyll content of rice seedlings decreased, whereas malondialdehyde(MDA) content, oxygen radical generation rate, proline content and plasma membrane permeability increased somewhat, superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) activity raised at first and then decreased. After the treatment of 0.1% rare earth micro-fertilizer, chlorophyll content increased,while SOD, POD activity, MDA content, oxygen radical generation rate, proline content, plasma membrane permeability decreased somewhat, compared with the group treated by acid rain. This indicated that rare earth micro-fertilizer with suitable concentration could reduce the damage of acid rain on jointing-booting stage of rice,but the protection and repair effects of different indicators were different.
