摘要 介绍了微结构半导体中子探测器的原理,从微结构形式、制作工艺、理论模拟及实验研究等方面综述了微结构半导体中子探测器近年来的研究进展。可以看出,微结构半导体中子探测器结构、参数、中子转换材料填充密度及甄别阀大小等因素对中子探测效率有影响。微结构半导体中子探测器具有中子探测效率高、体积小、时间响应快、工作偏压低等优点,是替代~3He正比计数管的理想器件。 This paper introduces the neutron detection principle of micro-structured semiconductor neutron detectors(MSNDs),and summerizes in detail the advances of MSNDs in microstructure,fabrication process,theoretical simulation,and experimental research in recent years.It can be seen that the structures,parameters,backfilling densities of neutron converter materials,and the values of lower-level discriminator affect the neutron detection efficiency.MSNDs with the features of high detection efficiency,small size,fast response,and low power requirement may replace ^3He detector in the future.
