摘要
法藏敦煌文书P.3399,是唐朝名将张仁愿在担任幽州都督期间给女皇武则天的上疏。这篇文书反映了武则天任用酷吏、滥杀大臣的史事,也体现了张仁愿的政治主张及他对李唐皇室的态度,对研究张仁愿其人及武则天到唐中宗时期的政治形势,具有重要意义。
Pelliot chinois P. 3399 is an official letter to Empress Wu Zetian. Its author is Zhang Renyuan, who was a famous general in Tang Dynasty and governor of Youzhou at that time. This manuscript provides evi- dence that Wu Zetian enpowered the cruel officials and killed many officers, in addition to Zhang Renyuan＇s political views and his attitude towards the royal family of Tang Dynasty. It is important for the research on Zhang Renyuan himself and the political situation during the reigns of Wu Zetian and Emperor Zhongzong of Tang Dynasty.
