摘要
目的:观察茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年5月—2016年5月本院收治的130例肝硬化腹水患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各65例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的临床症状改善时间、腹水量积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的ALT、ALB、AST、PT均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤治疗肝硬化腹水,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao Decoction in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites.Methods：From May 2015 to May 2016,130 cases of liver cirrhosis ascites patients admitted to our hospital as the research object,were randomly divided into control group and study group,65 cases in each.The control group were given conventional therapy and the study group given Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao Decoction on the basis of the control group treatment.We compared the effect of two groups.Results：The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The improved time of the clinical symptoms of the study group and the amount of ascites scores were better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ALT,ALB,AST and PT of the study group were better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao Decoction is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites,worthy of promotion.
