摘要
目的 探讨“氯磷定 +长效托定”救治急性有机磷农药中毒的治疗效果。方法 对 37例应用本方案治疗者的资料进行分析 ,并与对照组相比较。结果 应用“氯磷定 +长效托宁”治疗组的病人与传统治疗组相比 ,并发症、给药次数、住院时间、住院费用及死亡率均显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ;与卫生部推广的有机磷中毒急救新技术治疗组相比 ,死亡率和住院时间无显差著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但给药次数、住院费用和某些并发症均明显减少。结论 “氯磷定 +长效托宁”是救治急性有机磷农药中毒较为理想的治疗方案。
Objective To make a study of the rapeutic effects of pralidoxime chloride(PAM-CL)plus Changxiao Tuoning on accute organophosphates poisoning(AOPP).Methods To analyse the data of 37 cases which accepted this therapy to treat and cure AOPP,and compared it’s rapeutic effects with the contrastive groups.Results The patients which accepted the therapy of PAM-CL plus Changxiao Tuoning compared with those which accepted the traditional therapy,their incidence of complications,times of given drugs,course of disease,hospitalization expense and mortality dropped markedly(P<0 05).Compared with those which accepted the new emergency therapy which the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China spread on AOPP,their course of disease and mortality were common(P<0 05),but their incidence of some complications,times of given drugs and hospitalization expense dropped markedly(P<0 05).Conclusions The therapy of PAM-CL plus Changxiao Tuoning is the idealer emergency treatment on AOPP.
