摘要
"令"一词的本义是动词。但早在产生不久的甲骨文时期其词义就有所扩展,有了名词的含义,特指天子所下的书面命令。而在金文中,其法律文书的意义就更加明确了。到了秦汉时期,作为法律文书名词,它已经开始应用到社会的很多方面。两晋时期,"令"又开始转变为法典类文书名词。此后除元代外,"令"作为法律文书名词在社会上有很高的使用频率。
The word ＂order ＂ is a verb in its original meaning. Its especially meaning expanded with the meaning of nouns, which means ＂order＂ commanded by the emperor as early as the inscriptions of tor- toise shells were born.The meaning of its legal documents is even clearer in inscriptions of bronzes. As a legal document terminology, it has already begun to be applied to many places of society by the Qin and Han Dynasties . ＂Order＂ began to change into a code document noun in the Western Jin and Eastern Jin dynasties .After that, ＂order＂ has been used with a high frequency as a legal document noun in society in addition to the Yuan Dynasty .
