摘要 脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABPs)是一组多源性低分子量的胞内蛋白,广泛存在于哺乳动物的心肌、小肠、肝脏、脂肪组织、脑、表皮等组织细胞中。它在长链脂肪酸的摄取、转运、代谢调节以及肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,可作为肿瘤治疗的新药物靶点。FABPs在肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、转移过程中起重要作用,可通过改变相关信号通路的蛋白表达及活化状态影响肿瘤能量代谢,目前其在信号通路中的具体作用机制尚不明确,通路内信号分子的变化有待进一步研究发现。 Fatty acid binding proteins (FABPs) is a group of low molecular weight intracellular proteins, widely distrib- uted in the myocardium, small intestine, liver, adipose tissue, brain, epidermides and other tissues in mammals. It plays an important role not only in the uptake, transport and metabolic regulation of long-chain fatty acids, but also in the occurrence and development of tumor,therefore can be used as a new drug target for tumor therapy. FABPs also plays an important role in cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis in tumor and it can affect the energy metabolism by changing the expression and activation state of the proteins of related signaling pathways. At present, the specific mechanism in signaling pathway is not clear, and the molecular changes in signaling pathways need to be further investigated.
