摘要
目的:分析研讨手术室护理路径对老年髋关节置换术患者手术及术后情况影响。方法:64例患者均随机从某院2014年7月~2016年2月期间收治的老年髋关节置换术患者中筛选而出,随机将64例患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受手术室护理路径干预,将两组手术状况、护理满意度进行对比。结果:研究组患者疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,组间数据存在一定差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度、并发症及舒适情况均明显优于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理路径应用到老年髋关节置换术中,其临床效果显著,有效控制了并发症及术后疼痛,安全可靠,值得临床应用并推广。
Objective：To study the effect of nursing room on the operation and postoperative situation of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty.Methods：64 patients were randomly selcted from the elderly patients undergone hip arthroplasty from July 2014 to February 2016,who were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group was treated by interventional nursing room.Then compare surgical conditions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results：The pain degree of the study group was significantly lighter than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction,complication and comfort of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The operating room nursing pathways is suitable for the elderly hip replacement,and the clinical effect is significant,which can effectively control complications and postoperative pain,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
