摘要
目的:研究预防护理措施在全髋关节置换术后关节脱位护理中的效果。方法:选取患者88例,分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者接受常规护理,而治疗组则进行预防护理措施,分析两组患者的不良反应发生率以及护理满意度情况。结果:治疗组患者的护理满意度明显优于参照组患者,治疗组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于参照组患者,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全髋关节置换术后关节脱位患者护理过程中,使用预防护理措施可以取得非常显著的效果。
Objective:To study the effect of preventive nursing measures in joint dislocation nursing after total hip replacement.Methods:Select 88 cases of patients and divide them into control group and treatment group.Control group received routine nursing care,while the treatment group was given preventive nursing measures,analyze the incidence of adverse reactions and the nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction degree of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of patients with joint dislocation after total hip replacement,using preventive nursing measures can obtain significant effect.
