智能供热监测系统软硬件设计

Software and Hardware Design on Intelligent Heating Monitoring System

摘要 基于硬件设计和软件设计,开发了一款智能供热监测系统。在硬件设计上,采用ARM平台M9内核的微控制器,外接传输数据的网卡芯片以及测量数据的温度传感器;在软件设计上,将TCP/IP协议栈移植到嵌入式实时操作系统uC/OS-Ⅱ,制定了设计流程。根据此设计,可对待监测地点的温度进行实时远程监测,使热力部门更加方便地开展热力输送调整和人力资源派遣,促进热力系统的合理、高效运行。 An intelligent heating monitoring system is developed based on the hardware design and software design. In the hardware design, micro controller of ARM platform M9 kernel is used; chip for data transmission and temperature sensor data for measurement are connected externally. In the software design, the TCP/IP protocol stack is transplanted to the embedded real-time operating system uC/OS-Ⅱ,and a design process is developed. Based on such an idea, the real-time remote monitoring of temperature monitoring sites can be performed, which makes the heat sector more easily carry out thermal transfer adjustment and human resources dispatch, to promote the rational and efficient operation of the heating system.
