摘要
目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取脑梗死患者62例,随机分为对照治疗组和联合治疗组各31例,对照治疗组予以丹参川芎嗪注射液5 m L+5%250 m L葡萄糖注射液静脉滴定治疗,联合治疗组在对照治疗组的用药基础上加用前列地尔注射液10μg。给药治疗14 d后,对比分析两组临床疗效。结果经药物治疗后,对照治疗组NIHSS评分高于联合治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照治疗组(P<0.05);且在治疗期间,两组均未出现不良反应情况。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗脑梗死可获得较好的治疗效果,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 62 patients with cerebral infarction were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given in- travenous titration of 5 mL Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection＋5% 250 mL glucose injection; the combined treatment group was further given 10 txg of alprostadil injection on the basis of the control group. After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy was compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The NIHSS score in the control group was higher than that in the combined treatment group after medication（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; during the treatment period, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of cerebral infarction can achieve a better therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
