摘要
针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症在改善微循环、镇痛、解除神经根受压、抑制炎症反应、改善脊柱功能等方面临床作用显著。查阅2006~2016年有关文献报道,共综合了32篇相关文献的内容,认为针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制,主要体现在:调节血液循环、改善局部肌肉和椎间盘代谢状况,电针对血浆内啡肽的调节、发挥镇痛作用,促进受损神经的再生与修复、改善神经传导速度,调节免疫球蛋白的分泌水平、改善免疫系统功能,抑制炎性因子、改善神经根炎症;调节氧自由基代谢、提高机体代谢能力,调整脊柱平衡、改善脊柱环境等7个方面。
