摘要
国内人口老龄化问题加剧,我国部分海岛地区因为地处偏僻,空巢老人问题更是严峻。通过对舟山群岛中老龄化程度最深、空巢率最高的秀山岛进行调查研究,总结了秀山乡海岛空巢老人的养老现状,指出了海岛交通基础设施建设滞后;养老体系缺乏充足的资金支撑;医疗条件落后;空巢老人精神文化生活匮乏等海岛空巢老人养老问题。从加强偏远海岛交通基础设施建设;开拓资金来源与志愿服务相结合;探索偏远海岛医疗服务新模式;丰富海岛空巢老人文体活动;加强社会孝文化建设方面具体提出了改善秀山乡海岛空巢老人养老现状的对策支持。
With the aggravation of aging population at home, the problem of empty-nest elderly is becoming more and more serious in some of China＇ s remote island areas. After extensive investigation and study of island elderly empty nesters in Xiushan town of Zhoushan city, which witnesses the high rate of aging population and empty nests, we summarize the status quo of providing for the aged in Xiushan town, revealing the hysteretic infrastructure construction of island transportation, the funding deficiency of pension system, the backward medical conditions and the lack of spiritual and cultural life for the elderly empty nesters living on an island. Correspondingly, some discussions are proposed for improving the situation of island elderly empty nesters in Xiushan town of Zhoushan city, such as enhancing the construction of island transportation infrastructure, combining the expansion of pension fund sources with voluntary service, exploring appropriate system of remote island medical services, increasing the quantity of recreational facilities and sports activities as well as strengthening the construction of traditional filial piety culture.
