摘要
伴随城市化和农村劳动力流动而产生的农村空巢老人问题,已成为政府和社会关注的热点。与城市相对完善的养老保险制度相比较,我国农村空巢老人的养老服务则令人担忧。解决农村空巢老人的社会保障问题关系到社会安定,是构建和谐社会的重要内容。因此,采取有效的措施,引导人口合理流动,加强空巢老人社会养老保险的基础设施建设,解决空巢老人起居无依、经济拮据、缺医少药、情感孤独等问题,是当前必须认真研究解决的重大课题。
With the urbanization and the flow of rural labor force, the problem of empty nest elderly in rural areas has become the focus of attention of the government and society. Compared with the relatively perfect urban endowment insurance system,the service for the empty nest elderly in our country is worrying. To solve the social security problems of empty nest elderly in rural areas is related to social stability and is an important content of building a harmonious society. Therefore, taking effective measures to guide the rational flow of the population, strengthening the construction of infrastructure empty nest elder social endowment insurance, solving the empty nest elderly living in, economic constraints, underserved, emotional loneliness and other issues, are an important task that must be studied and solved seriously at present.
